California Privacy: Your Rights and Options

Requesting Access to Your Personal Information – Feel free to ask for access to the personal information we have collected about you. This could include details about what information we have, where we got it from, and why we collected or disclosed it.

Correcting Your Personal Data – If you find any incomplete or inaccurate information about yourself in our records, let us know, and we'll work on correcting it. We might need to double-check the accuracy of the updates you provide.

Asking for Deletion of Your Personal Information – You have the right to request that we delete your personal information. However, there are cases where state or federal law may prevent us from doing so. We'll inform you if that's the case. You can also request deletion if you believe we've processed your information unlawfully or if local law requires us to erase it.

Objecting to Processing of Your Personal Data – If you feel that our processing of your data impacts your fundamental rights and freedoms, you can object to it. This includes situations where we're using your data for direct marketing purposes. We'll assess your objection, but there may be cases where we have legitimate reasons to continue processing your information.

Requesting Restriction of Processing of Sensitive Personal Data – You can ask us to pause the processing of your sensitive personal data in various scenarios, such as if you want us to verify its accuracy or if you're contesting our use of the data.

Requesting Transfer of Your Personal Data – You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. This applies to automated information you initially consented for us to use or where we used the information to fulfill a contract with you.

Withdrawing Consent – If we're relying on your consent to process your personal data, you can withdraw it at any time. However, this won't affect the lawfulness of any processing we did before you withdrew your consent. Note that withdrawing consent might impact our ability to provide certain products or services to you.

Non-Discrimination – We won't treat you differently if you choose to exercise any of these rights.

Using an Authorized Agent – If you prefer, you can designate someone else to make these requests on your behalf. Just provide us with written authorization, including the agent's details, and we'll verify your identity before proceeding.
